Braga – Guimarães

Meet Braga and Guimarães, two of the oldest cities in Portugal.

After meeting at the agreed place, we will begin our trip to Guimarães, where we can visit the Guimarães castle built by the Countess Mumadona Dias in the X century and learn the story of D. Afonso Henriques, first King of Portugal, also in the same place we will visit the Paço dos Duques de Bragança, a XV century building, built by D. Afonso (Duque de Bragança) and bastard son of King D. João I. After Guimarães, we will visit the city of Braga and the Bom Jesus, a place of unique beauty from where we can contemplate the city.

Next will be Braga, where we will visit the Bom Jesus, a place of unique beauty from where we can contemplate the city. Then we will visit Braga city center and the amazing Cathedral. After that we will return to Porto and finish the tour at your accommodation.
